Terms and conditions
General conditions for bookings, vehicle use, payments, and responsibilities during the rental period.
1. Service acceptance
By using the website or requesting a booking, the user accepts the commercial, operational, and legal conditions applicable to the vehicle rental service.
2. Driver requirements
The driver must hold a valid ID, a valid driver’s license, and meet the minimum age required for the reserved vehicle category.
3. Bookings and confirmation
Availability is subject to validation. A booking may require operational confirmation, advance payment, or additional documentation before final approval.
4. Permitted vehicle use
The vehicle must be used under normal driving conditions, respecting applicable rules, occupancy limits, and authorized routes.
5. Liability and damages
The renter is responsible for damages, missing items, fines, misuse, or contractual breaches not covered by the applicable insurance conditions.
6. Delivery and return
The vehicle must be delivered and returned on the agreed date, time, and location. Any delay, location change, or extension is subject to approval and recalculation.
7. Cancellations and changes
Rescheduling or cancellations may generate charges depending on notice period, season, unit blocking, or administrative costs already incurred.
8. Applicable jurisdiction
Commercial relations arising from the service are interpreted under the applicable regulations in Peru, unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.
